Founder of the Desert Soul brand and professional tourist guide since 1996 with profound knowledge about Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Jordan, Libya, Croatia and Slovenia. He is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, Croatian, English and Slovenian.

After having extensivelly hitch-hiked in Spain, Portugal and Morocco between 1995 and 1998, Tilen rushed into south Moroccan sands that had attracted him since long time ago with his brand new Peugeot Partner in 2001.

A decade of learning Arabic proved very useful in desert countries he visited afterwards. The following years brought fulfillment of teenage dreams. Diving, off-roading, motorbiking, meeting new cultures, exploring new horizons. Mainly desert ones.

Tilen successfully combines work with new experiences from the expeditions, while his job allows him to stay in touch with the languages he needs for living.
